My name is Melissa and I’m the founder of Cloud 9 Training and Accounts.

With a combined 25+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experience and as small business owners ourselves, the Cloud9 team are passionate about building the confidence of business owners to enable them to achieve their goals.

Our mission is to empower you to manage your business efficiently and effectively, so you can spend less time in the office, and more time focusing on what you do best.

We can help you understand your reporting and compliance requirements, simplify your processes with the right systems and automations, provide training to get things running smoothly, and support you to stay on track.

At Cloud9 we encourage business owners to be involved in their finances in whatever capacity works for them. If numbers really aren’t your thing, you can choose to leave it all to us so you can focus on growing your business with confidence.

We can take care of your day-to-day requirements including (but not limited to) transaction processing, debtor & creditor management, payroll compliance, ATO compliance and financial reporting. 

We are a cloud-based business  so we can work with you regardless of where your business is located.

As payroll specialists and certified Xero professionals, we specialise in cloud based accounting & payroll software solutions like Xero, QB online, and employment hero, plus a wide range of add-on software.  

We have clients across a range of industries, including trades & construction, veterinary services, hospitality, consultancies, not-for profit, retail, primary production, education and healthcare.
