My name is Melissa and I’m the founder of Cloud 9 Training and Accounts.

The other half of the Cloud 9 team is X, and together we have been supporting businesses like yours for XY years.

With a combined 25+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experience and as small business owners ourselves, we are passionate about supporting other business owners to thrive. Our mission is to empower you to manage your finances efficiently and effectively, so you can spend less time ‘in the weeds’ of your business, and more time focusing on doing what you do best.

We can help you understand your finance and compliance requirements, simplify the busywork with the right systems and automations, provide training to get things running smoothly, and support you to stay on track.

And if getting into the details isn’t your thing, you can choose to leave it all to us! From transaction recording to financial reporting, we will handle the details so you can focus on growing your business with confidence.

We specialise in cloud based accounting software solutions, including Xero, QB online and a wide range of add-on software, and we have clients across a range of industries, including trades and construction, hospitality, consultancies, not-for profits, retail, education and health.
